Usal Summer Series Powered By Rivian
USAL partnered with Rivian, a company built on adventure and sustainability, to design a four-part summer series that invited people to move with purpose - to explore, challenge themselves and connect with the outdoors and each other. Throughout July and August, USAL curated four unique gatherings around Los Angeles, each garnering around 200 RSVPs.
A 3.5 mile afternoon hike in Griffith Park, stopping for snacks at iconic Griffith Park overlook, started off the series. Led by environmental activist, actress and filmmaker Bonnie Wright and climate drag queen Pattie Gonia.
Taking over the streets of Pasadena, Usal organized a community bike ride led by our friends at Grin27.
Usal shifted the pace at Franklin Canyon Park, as Nike trainer Alex Silver-Fagan, led attendees through a yoga session.
Set in the heart of Venice, Usal concluded the series with a celebratory Community 5k Run, led by Currently Running Apparel.
Usal helped Rivian create spaces that brought their values to life, blending adventure with sustainability. Each moment highlighted Rivian’s design for exploration - from its terrain-ready performance to front-trunk coolers keeping drinks cold. Coffee, snacks, drinks and music complemented the movement, creating rewarding and memorable moments. Usal extended its footprint across Los Angeles as it celebrated Rivian’s products citywide with the community.
