Earthbody Breathwork
Your breath, your body, your rhythms—they all mirror the elements around you. This 90-minute breathwork session is an invitation to return to that knowing. Led by Zoe Weber, this guided practice will help you reconnect with the Earth beneath you, the air within you, and the cyclical intelligence that lives in all living things.
Through conscious breath, you’ll soften, ground, and open space to feel deeply connected—to yourself, to the planet, and to the present moment.

about
Zoe has been seeking a deeper truth since she can remember. Yoga and meditation have been a refuge for her since a very young age, helping her navigate the changing nature of life.
Zoe sees yoga as a tool to connect deeply with our inner selves so we can be more present and live more fully in the world. Her classes balance meditation, breathwork, and somatic movement to help process emotions, release blocked states of mind, and allow for a deeper opening— all anchored in connecting with the present moment.

Session BREAKDOWN
- Somatic Movement: We’ll begin with gentle, grounding movement to help you drop into your body and settle the nervous system.
- Guided Breathwork: The heart of the session. You’ll move through a sequence of conscious breathing practices drawn from pranayama. Some may feel lightly energized, but the focus is on grounding, calming, and reconnecting with the breath as a steadying force.
- Integration & Grounding: We'll close with journaling, meditation, and deep rest—offering space to process what came through and root into the insights that emerged.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothes for movement and relaxation
- Yoga mat
- A journal and pen for reflections
- Water and anything else to support your comfort (cushion, blanket)
