New York
Day Hike Series: Harriman State Park
Usal New York Hike Series
Join Usal for the next installment of our Day Hike Series as we explore Harriman State Park - New York's second largest State Park. Starting at Reeves Meadow Visitor Center, we'll traverse a relaxed hike 6.5 mile out and back to Pine Meadow Lake via the Pine Meadow Trail - covering 629ft of elevation.
Along the way, we'll stop to take in a fresh stream, sweeping views, old ruins, and a clear blue lake where we can lounge on rocks or take a dip.
This is a community-focused hike designed to bring together those craving movement, connection, and fresh air. Expect a mellow but invigorating pace, great company, and a chance to unplug with fellow nature-minded folks. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just getting started, this route offers a perfect mid-distance loop with rewarding vistas and a strong sense of escape.
