Join Fallen Grape Wine Co. and Usal for a special overnight experience in the heart of wine country. This intimate gathering begins with a visit to the natural winery, where guests will enjoy a barrel tasting and take part in a hands-on wine blending session.
From there, we’ll head to the beautiful Coyote Hills Vineyard for an educational tour led by winemaker Fidencio Flores. Explore the land on a guided fossil walk while learning about organic farming practices and the principles behind natural winemaking.
The evening will culminate in a locally sourced, wine-paired meal shared under the stars—followed by a cozy campfire gathering. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your appreciation for sustainable winemaking while enjoying the serenity of the vineyard overnight.

Fallen Grape Wine Co. is an organically farmed, skin contact focused natural winery from the Santa Ynez Valley, CA. Winemaker Fidencio Flores is a third-generation winemaker and farmer. The son of a cellar master and the grandson of a grape farmer, he grew up on Buttonwood Farm & Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. A self-proclaimed “child of the dirt,” he believes that the best wines are made by the farmers who nurture the vines in the months leading up to harvest.
