Get Outside with Outdoor Voices

Doing Things Outdoors: The OV x Usal Hike

Join Usal and Outdoor Voices for a community hike celebrating the launch of OV’s newest hiking collection — gear made to move, explore, and connect. Together, we’re hitting the trail to embrace what Outdoor Voices calls Doing Things: moving our bodies, enjoying the outdoors, and finding joy in the simple act of being outside.
This hike is about bridging our communities and sharing time on the trail — no competition, just connection. Join us for a morning in nature, good company, and endorphin-fueled fun.
Each attendee will receive an Outdoor Voices accessory to take home as a token of the day.

ABOUT

Outdoor Voices was founded in 2013 by Ty Haney. After moving to New York City from Boulder, Colorado, Ty started OV when she was 23, as she graduated from Parsons School of Design. Ty's goal is to build the #1 Recreation brand, freeing fitness from performance and inspiring people to move their body on a daily basis. We call this Doing Things.
At Outdoor Voices, we make Technical Apparel for Recreation, designing the uniform for Doing Things with materials made for movement. A movement to move.

Our mission is to "Get The World Moving," celebrating sweat and maximizing happiness through movement because Endorphins Make You Happy.

Trail details

  • Around 1-2 hours to complete
  • About 4 miles round trip
This is a relatively easy hike into one of the loveliest sections of the San Gabriel mountains in the Angeles National Forest. The hike meanders back and across the stream running down the spectacular Arroyo Seco Canyon.

We recommend getting there early to secure a parking spot!
