Los Angeles
Runner Breathwork Session
Breath. Center. Run.
In collaboration with Ryan Willms of Mindful Endurance Program, we’re offering a focused, runner-specific breathwork experience designed to calm the nervous system, improve oxygen efficiency, and sharpen mental clarity ahead of race day.
This one hour class will explore how to navigate the mind and body during racing, using the breath to center our awareness and allow the challenge, finding calm within to inspire outer performance. Through guided breathing patterns and intentional pacing, you’ll reduce pre-race anxiety, enhance focus, and prime both body and mind for performance. Run with your heart, not your legs. Open to all runners. Free with RSVP.

In the days leading up to the LA Marathon, Annex House transforms into the adidas Recovery House — a dedicated space for runners to slow down, reset, and prepare with intention.
Designed as a calm, restorative environment, the Recovery House offers non-running programming focused on preparation, restoration, and mental readiness. Working alongside trusted local leaders in recovery, wellness, and sports performance, we’ve curated a daily schedule of guided experiences tailored specifically for marathon runners.
While race week moves fast, this is your counterpoint.
