Guided Cold Plunge Session

Race Week Begins Here.

In collaboration with Mohawk Wellness Collective, we’re offering free cold immersion sessions for marathon runners throughout race week at The Recovery House, our home for race week preperation.
These guided plunges are designed to support muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and regulate the nervous system in the critical days leading up to the start line. Each session pairs intentional breath guidance with structured cold exposure — helping you stay steady under stress, sharpen focus, and build resilience that carries into race day. Open to all runners. Free with RSVP.

Recovery House

In the days leading up to the LA Marathon, Annex House transforms into the adidas Recovery House — a dedicated space for runners to slow down, reset, and prepare with intention.
Designed as a calm, restorative environment, the Recovery House offers non-running programming focused on preparation, restoration, and mental readiness. Working alongside trusted local leaders in recovery, wellness, and sports performance, we’ve curated a daily schedule of guided experiences tailored specifically for marathon runners.
