SB400 Shake Out Run
Join Usal and Freaks of Nature for a community shakeout run before we head Southbound 400! This is an easy-paced, all-bodies, all-experiences-welcome run through NYC — a chance to move together, connect, and get excited for the weekend ahead.
Whether you're racing, crewing, spectating, or just want to be part of the energy, come as you are. We'll keep the vibes light, the pace conversational, and the focus on community. Post-run hangs encouraged!

SB400 is a three-day, 400-mile stage relay from Rouses Point, NY, to Manhattan (May 16–18). Teams run continuously, with one athlete on the course at all times. Each evening, teams regroup at campgrounds to rest and connect. The race concludes on Day 3 with a celebratory finish in Manhattan.

We'll head out for a casual 3-mile run at a conversational pace, then meet back for coffee, refreshments, and light bites to refuel and connect. Plus, our friends at Freaks of Nature will be giving out free product to celebrate the weekend.
