San Francisco
Trail Run – Golden Gate Park
City to Trail
Start your morning off right with Michael Washington, founder of Usal, as he leads a 5–7 mile group trail run through the hidden paths and natural contours of Golden Gate Park.
Together we’ll move at a spirited yet sustainable pace, navigating trails and quiet park corridors that reveal the city’s green heart. Along the way, Michael will share stories of place, ecology, and the unseen rhythms beneath our feet — weaving context and connection into the motion.
This run is open to intermediate-to-advanced runners who are comfortable covering 5–7 miles on mixed terrain. Whether you’re seeking fresh perspective on familiar ground or wanting to find new lines through the park, this run is designed to deepen your relationship with movement and place.
