Trail Run – Golden Gate Park

Hit the trail with Usal and Fred Lee and Charlene Aquino-Lee for a 7 mile group trail run through the hidden paths and natural contours of Golden Gate Park.
This run is open to intermediate-to-advanced runners who are comfortable covering 7 miles on mixed terrain. Whether you’re seeking fresh perspective on familiar ground or wanting to find new lines through the park, this run is designed to deepen your relationship with movement and place.
There are two runs available, 5/8 and 5/22 to start the weekend off right!

Run Details

Distance: 7 miles round trip
Pace: Moderate and conversational; expect a mix of trail and packed dirt paths
Terrain: Rolling hills, forested singletrack, and open meadows through Golden Gate Park
Duration: Approximately 60–90 minutes, with short stops for water and regrouping
Meeting Point: The Last Straw, 4540 Irving Street, San Francisco, CA 94122
Start Time: 6 PM — please arrive 10–15 minutes early to stretch and check in
Recommended: Trail shoes, water, and a light layer for changing evening weather
