Trail Run – Golden Gate Park

City to Trail Connection

Hit the trail with Usal and the Daymoon Crew for a group trail run through the hidden paths and natural contours of Golden Gate Park.
Open to any runner comfortable covering 5-7 miles on mixed trail terrain. Whether you’re seeking fresh perspective on familiar ground or wanting to find new lines through the park, this run is designed to deepen your relationship with movement and place.
This run club meets every other Friday at The Last Straw and ends the night at Daymoon Bakery for post-run community building.

Run Details

Distance: 5-7 miles round trip. Starting at The Last Straw, meandering through the park, and ending at Daymoon Bakery.
Pace: Moderate and conversational. Multiple stops to regroup and take a breath.
Terrain: xpect a mix of trail and packed dirt paths. Rolling hills, forested singletrack, and open meadows through Golden Gate Park
Duration: Approximately 60–90 minutes, with short stops for water and regrouping
Start Time: 6:30 PM — please arrive 10–15 minutes early to stretch and check in
Recommended: Trail shoes, water, and a light layer for changing evening weather
