New York
Running Meditation – Fort Greene Park
A Mindful Movement Practice
Join us for a grounding session that blends meditation, sound, and movement—designed to help you deepen your mindfulness practice and reframe your relationship with running. This is not about pace or performance, but presence.
Each gathering begins with a guided meditation led by Aingeru Zorita, followed by a 20-minute immersive sound journey with George Macpherson. From there, we’ll move together into a 3-mile silent run through Fort Greene Park. Guided prompts will support your awareness as you run—no phones, no distractions—just you, your breath, and the rhythm of your stride.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just beginning, this practice is an invitation to slow down internally, even as your body moves forward. A monthly experience to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the present moment.

ABOUT Aingeru Zorita
Aingeru is a life and career coach who weaves mindfulness into everything he does—from guiding clients through life transitions to running hundreds of miles on foot. He’s the race director of Southbound 400, a 400-mile annual relay from Canada to New York City.
Rooted in the belief that every person is whole, creative, and resourceful, Aingeru sees compassion and presence as powerful tools—not just for personal growth, but for endurance and athletic pursuit.
ABOUT GEORGE MACPHERSON
George MacPherson is an intuitive sound meditation + breathwork facilitator based in Brooklyn, New York.
He believes that sound and vibration, when used in meditation, create space for reflection, inner clarity, and a deeper sense of connection—to ourselves and to each other.
