Located in High Falls, New York, Callisto Farm rests on 63 rolling acres of open fields, forested trails, and wildflower-strewn hills—a place where days are unhurried and nights are spent under a canopy of stars.
For three days and two nights, the Usal community will gather for an intimate camping experience, with every detail thoughtfully provided by Snow Peak—from premium tents and gear to the comforts that make camp feel like home. Transportation from Brooklyn will take you directly to the farm, where nourishing meals, shared moments, and new friendships await.
Each day offers a rhythm of possibility: hike shaded trails, cool off in nearby swimming holes, greet the morning with yoga and wellness practices, join in art-driven workshops, and learn the gentle craft of gardening and beekeeping right on the farm. Wander the no-till garden, visit the hilltop orchard, or spend a quiet moment watching honeybees and goats go about their day.
It’s a weekend to live simply but fully—closer to the earth, and far from the noise.

Itinerary
We’ll depart together from Snow Peak Brooklyn in comfortable passenger vans, heading north to the serene beauty of Callisto Farm. Upon arrival, settle into your personal campsite, outfitted with Snow Peak gear, and take a moment to breathe in the rolling hills, forested trails, and quiet of the farm.
As the sun dips behind the hills, gather for a farm-to-table dinner thoughtfully prepared by chef Matthew Yee, served under a sky alive with stars. Afterward, join fellow campers around the bonfire with handcrafted drinks —an evening of connection, laughter, and adventure to kick off your retreat.

To kick off the weekend, we’ll gather in Brooklyn at the Snow Peak store, where vans will transport the group directly to Callisto Farm. From there, all gear is set up for you, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and immerse yourself in the retreat experience—sleep under the stars without worrying about a thing.
