A Farm Feast With Usal

Join us for a special Usal Friendsgiving at Eden Forest, a food forest and living experiment in Fillmore, California. Spend the day immersed in nature—wandering through edible gardens, picking fruit straight from the trees, dipping your feet in the river, and sharing a nourishing, farm-to-table meal together.
We are partnering with the one and only Chef Thomas Drury – who leads our Feast Over Flame workshops – for a one of a kind meal that will be as beautiful to watch as it is to eat. Additionally expect drinks from our Usal friends Rancho West Beer, Fallen Grape Wine, and more.
Along with the food, guests will enjoy a guided farm tour and moments of reflection, exploring what it means to cultivate a healthy culture rooted in connection to land, to food, and to one another. Expect to learn, unwind, and connect with Usal friends & family.

Enjoy a seasonal meal prepared over an open flame by Chef Thomas, featuring ingredients sourced from local farms and the forest itself. Each dish celebrates the land’s abundance and the warmth of shared food.

Chef Thomas is committed to bringing the most sustainable, highest quality, healthiest organic food to your table. Supporting local sustainable farms and are always sourcing from the best. His cooking techniques are that of “conscious cooking”.
Wild local sea food. Grass fed organic free range animals that serve there environment and support more life for soil. Chef Thomas is all about life and protecting the planet, so he sources straight from farmers that care as well.
