Usal Hike Club - Bridge to Nowhere + Bungee Jump
Hike in. Swim. Take the leap if you dare.
Join us for a full-day adventure to Bridge to Nowhere, one of the most iconic hikes in the San Gabriel Mountains. The trail follows the East Fork of the San Gabriel River through a rugged canyon filled with river crossings, swimming holes, granite walls, and wide mountain views. At the end of the route, we’ll reach the famous Bridge to Nowhere — a massive concrete bridge left standing after a 1930s road project was abandoned due to major flooding.
Today, the bridge has become one of Southern California’s most unique adventure landmarks, known for its remote location, wild canyon setting, and bungee jumping experience. This is the perfect summer canyon day: hike in early, cross the river, cool off in the water, swim if conditions allow, and hang out near one of the most unforgettable landmarks in the San Gabriels.
