Uncle's wants you to cook more Thai food.
The company was started by former farmer, line cook, and resident Uncle Brendan Chareoncharutkun, who named the company for all the cooking he’s done with his nieces and nephews.
Today, he splits his time between New York and Bangkok, making not-so-traditional pantry staples that make cooking Thai food at home easy and fun—including their freeze-dried instant curry blocks.
