San Francisco
Yoga & Acupuncture Workshop
Join for a seasonal inspired movement and acupuncture practice designed to support our transition from late Summer to early Fall.
Through guided Katonah yoga and acupuncture we’ll explore the meaning of Fall in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). We begin with energizing pranayama to expand into the lungs then move through an intentional asana practice focused on geometric alignment and metaphorical cues. We will close with a restorative acupuncture treatment designed to nourish the lungs and large intestines, the organs associated with Fall.
This season represents a time of transition, a moment to turn inward, sketch boundaries, and release what is longer needed – just like trees shedding leaves. This practice is designed to help you release what’s needed so that you can invite in new joy.
